HK7: Day One (7x1)Chef Ramsay introduces himself to the 16 new contestants by announcing that they are expected to complete their very first dinner service. He then divides them into two teams, men vs. women, and sends them to the kitchen to prepare their signature dishes. The chefs present the dishes as part of the first challenge between the Red Team and the Blue Team. Several chefs impress Ramsay with their dishes, while others simply fall flat or even shock Chef Ramsay. The losing team is made to provide breakfast in bed for the winners the next morning. Trying to give the chefs some extra guidance to fulfill his guarantee of a completed service, Ramsay gives the chefs a series of late-night video lessons. Despite this, the first dinner service is a struggle, with several chefs being kicked out of the kitchen and Ramsay resorting to drastic measures. |

HK7: Day Two (7x2)The chefs are presented with a challenge that requires them to cook eggs four different ways. During the challenge, one chef is told to work alone, but gets in trouble for getting help. The winners of the challenge are sent on a helicopter tour of Los Angeles followed by a champagne afterglow, while the losers are made to unload and then gut and fillet a large tuna. At dinner service, two chefs are assigned to serve tuna tartare tableside while the remainder struggle through another challenging service. One chef proves unequal and is kicked out of the kitchen, then makes a decision of their own. Chef Ramsay provides a shock at the evening's elimination when he finds himself unsatisfied with the choices made as to which chefs were nominated for elimination. |

HK7: Day Three (7x3)Chef Ramsay decides to focus on teamwork and challenges the two teams to serve lunch to members of the USC Trojans marching band. The chefs cook burgers, salads and fries, with the winning team being the one that completes service first. The winners enjoy a day at the beach, while the losers clean a portion of the L.A. River under the supervision of a relief group. Before service, one chef burns their hand and chooses to hide the injury. During that service, two chefs are made assistant Maître d's and given a taste of the front of the house. In the kitchens, issues with meat and garnishes slow down service, but both teams once again manage to complete service. This leaves Ramsay with a tough decision, as another chef is eliminated and loses out on a chance to work at the Savoy Hotel. |

HK7: Day Four (7x4)The two teams are challenged two each create a dish based on ingredients chosen by rolling dice with letters on them. Though one team makes some strange choices, the results end up being close, with the final determination coming down to the quality of the cooking rather than the nature of the dishes. The winning team enjoys a thrilling day experiencing a wind-tunnel, while the losers are made to clean up the front of the house and then prep both kitchens for service. During this prep, one chef has a breakdown and has to be brought back from the brink. The evening's dinner service features a number of flops, but also some surprisingly strong cooking from several chefs, including one that Chef Ramsay had been riding particularly hard to date. A surprise comes at the evening's elimination when Chef Ramsay makes a sudden change-up. |

HK7: Day Five (7x5)Two chefs try to handle the pressure of changing over to a different team. The chefs are presented with a challenge that requires them to cook dishes involving cuts of pork and side items. The losing team is made to clean pigs, while the winners enjoy a day of relaxation at a spa. Chef Ramsay surprises the chefs with the first ever Hell's Kitchen barbecue service. With the dining room overbooked, Chef Ramsay holds a double-seating, with the two teams switching between cooking and serving in the dining room. The pressure gets to both teams, leading to the first incomplete service all season. Rivalries within a particular team cause it to begin to fall apart. |

HK7: Day Six (7x6)The remaining chefs are tasked with a challenge requiring them to create dishes using the classic mother sauces. When the challenge ends in a tie, the result rests on one dish. The winning team is treated to a day at an English pub, while the losers are made to clean out the Hell's Kitchen ovens and then prep both kitchens for service. Chef Ramsay surprises the teams by announcing that Hell's Kitchen is a having a family night with a kids' menu. Both teams struggle with the service, but one delivers a disastrously bad performance and is kicked out, leaving Chef Ramsay and his sous chefs to complete it. It leads up to the elimination of one chef who seemed to have a great over-inflated opinion of their strengths. |

HK7: Day Seven (7x7)For the seventh dinner service of the season, Hell's Kitchen plays host to a fiftieth wedding anniversary. The chefs are challenged to update the classic dishes served at the original wedding reception of the guests of honor. The winning team enjoys a 50's flashback day, while the losers are forced to decorate Hell's Kitchen. During prep, one chef suffers a gruesome injury. For the evening's service, two chefs are sent out to the dining room to serve tableside steak diane. Despite having a new leader, one team struggles greatly during dinner service. Chef Ramsay delivers a twist at the evening's elimination. |

HK7: Day Eight (7x8)The remaining aspiring chefs visit a sandwich shop and then are tasked to create their own unique sandwiches. The winning team spends a day in California's wine country, while the losers are forced to grind peanuts for use in a sandwich in the next day's dinner service. Overindulgence during the reward leads to late night shenanigans and sluggishness the next day. The dinner service proves disastrous for both teams, due to a number of mistakes. For the first time in the season, Chef Ramsay kicks out both teams well before service can be completed. |

HK7: Day Ten (7x10)The chefs are challenged to create their own unique lobster dishes. The dishes are judged by Michelin-starred chefs, with Gordon Ramsay left to break a tie after two chefs' dishes are rejected for simply not being cooked to par. The winning team enjoys a visit to a caviar house followed by a shopping spree, while the losing team is made to clean the dorms, then prep both kitchens for service. Gordon Ramsay delivers a surprise by ordering the two teams to work together to complete a dinner service with a time limit of 2 and 1/2 hours. The pressure proves too much for one, leading to a complete meltdown and ejection during service. The dinner service, however, is ultimately a great success, leading to another surprise at the elimination. |

HK7: Day Nine (7x9)Chef Ramsay fools the remaining chefs with a frozen dinner, then tests their palates in a blind taste test. Blindfolded and earmuffed, the chefs taste a number of ingredients. Both teams perform poorly, but the winning team gets to enjoy a day at SeaWorld, while the losers are made to unload deliveries of trout. Both teams are given the opportunity to design their own menu, consisting of four appetizers, four entrees and four desserts. At the dinner service, one team receives an overwhelming number of orders, forcing them hustle to keep up. Despite this, both teams end up losing the service, leading to a tough elimination. |

HK7: Day Eleven (7x11)The six remaining aspiring chefs work together for the first time as one team. The chefs compete in their first individual challenge, requiring them to create dishes that not only taste good, but also look fantastic. The top two dishes are judged on taste, with the winner's dish appearing in a magazine and the winner receiving a mani/pedi treatment and haircut. The losers are punished with making over the Hell's Kitchen dining room. During the evening's service, Chef Ramsay looks for a leader to emerge, but finds generally poor communication all around. Particularly weak performance on the part of two chefs gets them kicked out of the kitchen. |

HK7: Day Twelve (7x12)The five remaining aspiring chefs are presented with a challenge that requires them to cook for cheap. They visit a local fresh food market and purchase $10 worth of ingredients each in ten minutes, then are given 30 minutes to create a dish using these ingredients. The dishes are judged by a panel of special guest judges. The winning chef is given a day at a poolside cabana with Jean-Philippe and a following chef, followed by a $1,000 shopping spree at a kitchen supply store. The losers are subjected to Hell's Kitchen laundry day. A romance develops between two of the chefs. At the evening service, Chef Ramsay challenges the chefs to communicate by making them continuously switch stations throughout service. Some chefs rise to the challenge, while others clam up and fail to communicate. |

HK7: Day Thirteen (7x13)The four remaining chefs are challenged to teach bachelors how to cook monkfish. The winning chef and a chosen guest get to ride the Goodyear Blimp, while the users are forced to do repairs in Hell's Kitchen, clean up the parking lot and then prep for service. In the hopes of improving service, Chef Ramsay allows the chefs to choose their stations. There are some initial hangups, with one chef accused of sabotaging another. Following these difficulties, however, the rest of the service goes smoothly, with one chef in particular standing out. That chef is forced to make a difficult decision. At the elimination, Chef Ramsay gives the chefs a delightful surprise. |

HK7: Day Fourteen (7x14)The four remaining chefs are given a taste of the Savoy Grill, then told to recreate one of the dishes that they just tasted. A chef makes a bold move that doesn't pay off, while the winner of the challenge spends time with their family on a yacht. The losers are forced to clean the dorms of the detritus of past contestants. The next day, one of the losers awakes with heavy back pain that threatens to take them out of the competition. Following a near-quit, this contestant vows to push through. During the evening's dinner service, Chef Ramsay tests each chef by having them run the pass. Each of them face sabotage during their turn at the hot plate, but not all catch it. Following the service, Chef Ramsay eliminates two chefs, revealing the final two that will compete in the grand finale. |

HK7: Day Fifteen (7x15)The final two chefs, Jay Santos and Holli Ugalde, compete to be the winner of Hell's Kitchen. For their final challenge, they are taken to the London West Hollywood, where they must each cook five different dishes. These dishes are then judged by five of Gordon Ramsay's top chefs from his restaurants in London. A close call determines which of the two finalists will have the first pick of the eliminated chefs returning to help with the final dinner service. Before the final service, Chef Ramsay presents both Holli and Jay with a special prize. Both chefs face some great challenges during the final service, but the result is very close. |

HK6: Day One (6x1)In the first half of a two hour premiere, a new group of aspiring chefs arrives at Hell's Kitchen and receives tips from chefs of past seasons. Following this, they meet Chef Ramsay and are immediately put to work preparing their signature dishes, with a new twist. The men and the women are immediately split into the Blue Team and the Red Team. Upon completion of the dishes, the two team's dishes are put head-to-head. The winning team is taken to a dinner at Gordon's restaurant, the London West Hollywood, while the losing team is made to clean the kitchens. The teams are then thrust into their first dinner service. During the service, viewers are greeted with a surprise when a chef from the previous season is brought back for a second chance. When one of the chefs on the Blue Team fails utterly during service, Chef Ramsay kicks him out and puts the returning chef in his place. Both teams, however, perform disastrously during service, but one performs just a little worse than the other. In the end, another chef is eliminated and Chef Ramsay warns the chefs that they are all zeroes with a clean slate. |

HK6: Day Two (6x2)Following the previous day's disastrous first service, Chef Ramsay decides to test the chefs' attention to detail by having them work with shrimp. He pits the two teams in a challenge clean shrimp to exacting standards. The winning team is given a fabulous lunch, while the losing team is made to prepare shrimp cocktail and segment lemons for the next service. At the next service, one chef from each team is asked to serve shrimp cocktail tableside. In the process, one of them gets into a snit with maitre d' Jean Philippe and both are told to cool down by Chef Ramsay. The evening's service goes so badly that Ramsay shuts both kitchens down and has the chefs simply serve shrimp cocktail so that everyone gets something to eat. Chef Ramsay tells both teams to come up with two nominees, but when it comes time to present those nominees, one chef refuses to present them properly. Grilled by Chef Ramsay, this contestant demonstrates anger management issues, throws off his jacket and challenges Ramsay to a throwdown in the parking lot. |

HK6: Day Three (6x3)An unusually structured episode first sees the conclusion of the conflict started in the previous episode. Chef Ramsay refuses to indulge Joseph's request for a fistfight and Joseph exits the program. Following this, another chef is eliminated. The remaining aspiring chefs head up to their dorms to rest, only to be woken up early in the morning by a fire drill. For the challenge, both teams are then made to serve a pasta dinner for a group of firefighters. The winning team is sent off for a day of spa luxury, while the losing team is made to stay and clean up the fire trucks and equipment, followed by the dining room. During the punishment, two chefs endure injuries that could seriously hinder their performance in Hell's Kitchen. The evening's dinner service sees two chefs becoming waiters, but one blows the job by taking 45 minutes for an order. Despite this, both teams put in their best performances yet, completing the service. In the end, two chefs from the losing team are put up for nomination, but receive a big surprise. |

HK6: Day Four (6x4)As Lovely celebrates again escaping elimination, tension grows between certain chefs. Ramsay decides to test the chefs on teamwork by pairing chef that don't like each other into partnerships. For the day's challenge, they create perfectly sized sausages. The winning team is sent to an Oktoberfest-like event, while the losing team is made to clean the dorms. During this punishment, one chef has a breakdown when the loss is blamed on them. The evening's dinner service features an amuse bouche appetizer served by two of the chefs as well as celebrity guests. Both teams have their fair share of struggles, but both perform well on the whole and Chef Ramsay awards the win to the first team to complete service. At the evening's elimination, a chef that has been on thin ice for a while is finally sent packing. |

HK6: Day Five (6x5)The two teams of aspiring chefs are asked for their challenge to create three dishes for a homecoming party for Staff Sergeant Otis James. Two chefs receive a briefing from his wife and then their teams put this knowledge to work, but only one does a good job of it. They are rewarded with a day of mock fighter pilot combat, while the losing team is made to decorate for the surprise party under the direction of Ramsay's wife, Tana Ramsay. The dinner service sees the return of the Sergeant from a tour of duty in Iraq. He is pleased by his food, but Chef Ramsay isn't pleased by the performance of one of the teams. One team performs so badly that the other team ends up completing not only their own tables but the other team's as well. |

HK6: Day Six (6x6)The chefs are challenged to put together a menu using only 700 calories. One team flounders under the pressure and struggles throughout, while the other is graceful from start to finish. For winning, they receive at a day at the beach. The losing team is assigned a punishment so grueling that one chef becomes exhausted and dizzy and is sent to the hospital. At the evening's dinner service, things go badly wrong. One chef mouths off and is briefly tossed out. Others send out raw food. In the end, Ramsay shuts down the service and then follows things up with a dramatic elimination. |

HK6: Day Seven (6x7)The teams participate in a challenge that requires them to roll dice to determine ingredients. One team makes seemingly poor selections but surprises everyone with an excellent dish. That team is sent on a private plane trip to Las Vegas, while the losing team is made to clean and prep both kitchens for service and take part in delivery day. At the service, one chef makes a return to the competition. The teams are presented with an additional challenge-- chef's tables. The service on the whole is mostly strong, but when one team flounders at the end, their service is shut down by Chef Ramsay. Named best of the worst, one chef is forced to make difficult choices for nomination, leading to the elimination of a seeming frontrunner. |

HK6: Day Eight (6x8)The remaining chefs are challenged to a test of their palates. Competing in turns, they are each asked to identify ingredients while being blindfolded and wearing noise-cancellation headphones. The winning team is sent to dine in the dark, while the losing team is made to prepare sorbets for the next day's service. One chef gets on the nerves of several teammates, leading to scheming. The evening's dinner service generally seems to go well, but with some notable problems involving timing. At the evening's elimination, the chefs are ready for one chef to go, but Chef Ramsay surprises all by eliminating a chef that wasn't even nominated. |

HK6: Day Nine (6x9)The two teams are presented with the challenge of creating crepes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. Both teams present some tasty crepes, but one chef presents a crepe that "looks like diarrhea" and that chef's team goes down in defeat. The losing team is made to prep both kitchens ahead of service, while the winning team gets an exclusive lunch at a fancy French restaurant and also gets to playact as mimes. Before the evening's service, one chef sustains a nasty injury that compromises their performance when they return for service. French food is on the menu at Hell's Kitchen, but no less than three chefs find themselves not up to the job. Ramsay kicks all three out of the kitchen, leading to a surprising moment when both teams still manage to complete service. With so many chefs kicked out, Chef Ramsay ends up asking both teams to work together to come up with nominations for elimination. |

HK6: Day Ten (6x10)The remaining aspiring chefs are presented with a challenge that requires them to use local ingredients from Whistler, British Columbia to create three entrees. The entrees are judged by some very special guest judges-- Olympic silver medalist Sasha Cohen and a Olympic gold medalist Jonny Moseley. The winning team is sent for a fantastic dining experience at Campanile restaurant and also gets to meet chef Mark Peel. The losing team spends a day at a farm, doing grueling chores. The dinner service presents the two teams with an added twist-- having to create their own menus with three appetizers, three entrees and three desserts. This challenge is met with more success by one team than another, but both teams struggle at service. A service that seems to begin smoothly enough goes south when two chefs make a big mistake on fish. Ultimately, this mistake is enough to send one chef packing. |

HK6: Day Eleven (6x11)Chef Ramsay asks the remaining six chefs to join and form one team. For their challenge, Chef Ramsay pairs up the chefs for the Hell's Kitchen favorite, "Taste It / Make It" challenge, in which they are asked to recreate a dish that Chef Ramsay makes in his own restaurants. The winning pair are taken on a behind-the-scenes tour of The London West Hollywood restaurant and have lunch with Season 4 winner Christina Machamer. When they return back to the kitchen, the pair are given the cold shoulder by the other chefs. During dinner service, things go horribly wrong, and for the very first time, Chef Ramsay walks out of the kitchen! |

HK6: Day Twelve (6x12)The remaining aspiring chefs are presented with their first true individual challenge-- to create entrees that not only taste good but also look good. The dishes are judged by the editorial staff of Bon Appetit Magazine. The two dishes that look best are tasted by Gordon Ramsay and Barbara Fairchild and two chefs get a surprise when the results are declared a tie, making them both winners. The two winners get to enjoy a photo shoot for Bon Appetit, while the losing chefs are made to don prison garb and perform community service. During the punishment, one chef that has been struggling sustains a further injury. The evening's dinner service turns out to be something of a disaster. All seemingly in it for themselves, the aspiring chefs find themselves unable to work as a team and mistakes are made throughout service. Though the service is completed, Gordon Ramsay finds himself appalled. Every chef faces the threat of elimination, but one chef who has been skirting elimination for several weeks finally goes home. |

HK6: Day Thirteen (6x13)The four remaining aspiring chefs are given a stern talking-to by Gordon Ramsay, or rather a pint-sized imitator named Felix Light. Following this, they set to the business of day's challenge-- creating vegetarian dishes for 80 surprise guests. Unbeknownst to them, the guests are a group of eight finicky children. The winner of the challenge is sent for a day of pampering, followed by lunch at Nobu, Los Angeles restaurant, while the losers are made to clean up after the kids, then prep for service. Chef Ramsay stresses "passion" as the main ingredient for the evening's service, but one chef puts in plenty of passion, but not enough skill. The service is ground to a halt by the actions of this particular chef, who only barely avoids being kicked out. The final results come to this chef and one who is struggling with a physical problem. Following the evening's elimination, the remaining three chefs are allowed some time with their families. |

HK6: Day Fourteen (1) (6x14)The remaining three aspiring chefs are presented with a challenge that requires them to each create a dish from a different country. Each chef prepares a fantastic dish, but one chef forgets to bring up a key ingredient, causing them to lose the challenge. Another chef wins, despite never having made a dish from that country before. The victor is treated to lunch made by three renowned chefs representing countries from around the world, while the losers are made to prepare both the dining room and the kitchen for service. At service, each of the chefs are given an opportunity to run the hot plate and face quality control tests. All three struggle with various challenges, but the service is completed successfully. In the end, two chefs advance to the final, but are told that their day isn't over and are sent off to get ready for another challenge. |

HK6: Day Fourteen (2) (6x15)Following the previous elimination, the two finalists are immediately thrust into a challenge that requires them to cook for five discriminating judges. The winner earns the coveted right to make the first pick of the chefs for the final brigade. After getting a bit of rest, the two then design their own menus for the final service, then choose their brigades. After a brief time, they are sent into the final service. Both finalists face their struggles with the teams that they've selected, but both demonstrate excellent command on the whole and finish service within a narrow margin of each other. Then, in the closest margin ever, Chef Ramsay chooses the winner of the sixth season of Hell's Kitchen. |

The two teams select team names and prep for the first dinner service, but one chef on the Red Team annoys her teammates when she suffers a breakdown and threatens to quit. During dinner service, the chefs struggle through a power outage and two of the chefs try their hand at being waiters. A disastrous dinner service leads Chef Ramsay to select the losing team based on the performance of their waiter. Ultimately, one chef is unable to recover from a critical mistake and is sent packing. |

HK5: Day Two (5x2)Following the disaster of the previous night's dinner service, the aspiring chefs are presented with what they wasted from the night before, but dodge the bullet thanks to the arrival of some fresh scallops. The Blue Team and Red Team compete in a challenge to properly shuck as many scallops as possible. In an extremely close finish, the Blue Team takes the prize. They win a day trip by helicopter to Catalina Island, but one chef is forced to travel by ferry due to his weight and ends up missing out on the reward. The Red Team endures the punishment of spending the day setting up a "raw bar" for dinner service, but one chef irritates the others by sitting out the punishment due to exhaustion. Just before the evening's dinner service, a chef endures a grueling ankle injury, but makes the decision to tough out the service. Despite a number of snags, both kitchens complete a successful service, with the winning team being the one that finished first. Two members of the losing team are nominated for elimination due to their poor attitude and lousy performance, but are given a reprieve due to a surprise announcement. |

HK5: Day Three (5x3)The 14 remaining chefs are sent out to a meat locker to learn about various cuts of meat. Upon returning to Hell's Kitchen, they participate in a challenge requiring them to both identifying various cuts of meat and where they come from on a cow. The winning team is sent off by private jet for a wine-tasting, while the losing team is forced to butcher meat for use the next day. The teams take part in a two-part steakhouse dinner service that requires them to both take a turn waiting in the dining room and cooking in the kitchen. One chef's overall poor performance at both waiting and in the kitchen gets that contestant sent home. |

HK5: Day Four (5x4)With both teams struggling at working together, Gordon Ramsay thrusts them into a challenge that directly tests their teamwork. He has them serve breakfast to a group of 100 young kids. The kitchen opens for service that evening, but both teams put in a disastrous performance. The chefs are sent to an Asian market, where they buy ingredients for an Asian fusion challenge. The winning team enjoys a day of Asian-themed treats, while the losing team faces an Asian-themed punishment. Come dinner service, both teams are surprised when one of the winning dishes from the challenge is added to the menu. The dinner service begins smoothly, but quickly turns into a calamity. In a repeat of the previous week, Chef Ramsay declares both of the teams to be losers. Then, at the eliminations, he makes a surprising elimination that shows that nobody is safe at any time. |

The planner and Jean Philippe come into conflict as J-P becomes increasingly frustrated with the planner's interfering behavior. A feud erupts between two chefs on the Red Team, creating tension that begins at the challenge and continues throughout the next day's service. Though the teams continue to have their difficulties, both give their best service yet. When it comes to the day's elimination, some chefs pull a risky move that ends up backfiring for one chef. |

In a packed dinner service, anxiety is higher than usual when celebrities Eric McCormack and Robert Patrick stop by. The meat station is the downfall for one chef, who is sent home during service. The elimination of this chef seems to have a positive effect on their team, leading them to rally and complete a full service. The losing team struggles to even decide whom they want to nominate to go home. |

The winning team is rewarded with a lobster lunch and day at the beach, while the losing team is subjected to cleaning out the dorms and prepping crab for the next day's dinner service. Both teams are given the opportunity to create their own menu for service and both end up creating similar menus. Botch also botch the service, causing Chef Ramsay to shut things down before a full service can be completed. He asks one chef from the losing team to nominate another for elimination, but then surprises everyone by eliminating a chef that was not on the losing team. |

For the evening's service, Chef Ramsay sends the chefs in with high expectations, which they utterly fail to live up to. One chef is briefly tossed out of the kitchen, while another back-talks Chef Ramsay and then makes a mistake that causes another to endure a serious burn. Following the evening's elimination, Chef Ramsay does some serious deliberating and then calls the chefs into the kitchen at 2:14 A.M. for a shocking announcement. |

HK5: Day Eleven (5x11)After having shut down Hell's Kitchen, Chef Ramsay sends the remaining chefs off to New Jersey to dine in the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa, where one of them will be running a restaurant, hoping to inspire them by showing them the level of success that they can have. They meet with the hotel's top staff and enjoy a tour and the fine dining, but one chef's fun is cut short by a medical emergency. That chef proves unable to continue in the competition, turning the final five into the final four. Chef Ramsay challenges these remaining chefs to each create a signature dish that they would serve at the Borgata Hotel. The winning chef receives a free pass, making them safe from the next elimination, but both that chef and Chef Ramsay may come to regret it. The next evening, the chefs cook for a fully booked kitchen, but all of them and two in particular, struggle mightily, leading one to briefly kicked out. Though all diners are served, the service is rather a disappointment, leaving Chef Ramsay with a tough decision. |

The losing chefs are punished with polishing crystal and cutlery, cleaning the carpets and prepping for the evening's service. During the dinner service Chef Ramsay tells them they need make it all the way through not only for themselves, but for one of their guests, who plans to propose to girlfriend during the dessert course. Two chefs rise to the challenge, but two struggle throughout the night. One is ultimately eliminated and then Chef Ramsay announces a surprise, to be revealed in the next episode. |

Re-energized by the surprise, they head into the next day's challenge with renewed confidence and are given 90 minutes to prepare 100 portions each of a dish of their choice for a group of 100 mystery guests. The guests turn out to be 100 chefs and one of the aspiring chefs receives glowing ratings, while another is humbled when their dish is heavily panned. The winning chef is sent off for a makeover and appears the next day with Chef Ramsay on <em>Good Day Live</em>. The two losing chefs endure cleaning and laundering. During the service, each of the chefs is given a chance at running the pass. All experience highs and lows, but all three put in an overall strong service. Chef Ramsay is left with a tough choice in deciding the final two. |

During the evening's dinner service, both have their struggles, but both complete a strong service. Chef Ramsay is left with a very tough decision, saying that it was the best final dinner service and he honestly means it. Ultimately, one of the two is crowned the winner of the fifth season of <em>Hell's Kitchen</em>. |
